Smoothies & Spritzers – Ginger Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2-inch piece of ginger, diced

Method

In a saucepan, boil water and ginger for 7 minutes. Strain as you pour into teacups. Drink warm.
