Smoothies & Spritzers - Peanut Butter Oat Smoothie Recipe




  • 135g old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 360ml almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 4tbsp peanut butter
  • 2tbsp agave syrup
  • 170g ice chips


Soak the oats in the almond milk, cover and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes, until the oats are soft. When the oats are ready, put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend to a smooth consistency. Serve immediately.
