Swirly Strawberry Brownies Recipe




  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups almond butter
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup agave
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ½tsp baking powder


  • 2tbsp almond butter (combined with a splash of water to loosen it out!)
  • ½ punnet strawberries, halved
  • Small handful of flaked almonds


Preheat your oven to 180°/gas mark 4.

Whisk all of the wet ingredients together until combined.

Add in the cacao powder and baking powder and whisk again.

Add the brownie mix to a baking dish, then swirl in the extra almond butter, press in the strawberry halves and sprinkle over the flaked almonds.

Bake in the oven for 18–20 minutes until the brownies are nicely cooked.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 6–8 minutes before removing from the dish and slicing.
