The show, which attracted more than 4,500 visitors during the two-day event in 2019, has plans underway to ensure a great show in 2020, despite the current worries around COVID-19.

The weekend event will feature a range of engaging talks, cooking demonstrations, wellbeing and fitness classes across four stages as well as over 130 top class exhibitors, showcasing the latest products and innovations from the natural health and wellness sector.

Speakers at the event will include fitness expert and owner of Insanity Fitness Pollyhops, Jamie Goonery; wellness advocate, Wini Gallagher; decluttering coach, Suzy Kell; health food consultant and director of Hubble Health, Oliver McCabe and multi-award-winning garden designer and horticultural therapist, Fiann Ó Nualláin, with many more names and exciting fitness features to be announced in the coming weeks.

Vitality will also have a range of interactive and engaging activities for attendees to try their hand at, including:

  • Food and cookery demos: with the latest trends in wholefood cooking and step-by-step instructions so recipes can easily be replicated at home.
  • A sustainable living stage: where attendees will learn about leading a more sustainable and environmentally-friendly lifestyle. Topics as diverse as holistic gardening, foraging, zero waste living, sustainable cleaning and more will feature at the show.
  • The fitness area: join the most dynamic fitness enthusiasts, from personal trainers to dedicated athletes, who will be leading free classes and sharing hands-on-advice making sure attendees are fit and energised for the day ahead.
  • The wellness stage: filled with inspiration and self-care advice and tips from a stellar line-up of qualified health and wellness experts. This is the place to be inspired and take away tips to help you on your own wellness journey.
  • The performance zone: returning due to popularity in 2019, this sports performance zone will feature experts from the world of adventure racing, cycling, running, triathlon, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention and sports performance who will be on hand to exhibit their brands, products and services.
  • Yoga zone: new for 2020 is a dedicated zen area, where there will be free yoga classes running across both days in association with Yoga Therapy Ireland.

Every ticket to Vitality will include access to the large selection of workshops, workouts and inspiring talks on offer, which visitors can handpick to create their own day or weekend of activities. Children are also welcome with classes for children 12 and under such as yoga and dance.
