Vitality returns for 2020

Whether you’re looking to learn about the latest fitness trends, upgrade your nutrition, build a stronger mindset or learn about living a more sustainable life, join Vitality on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September at the RDS, Dublin, for two days of classes, panel talks, demonstrations and experiential workshops.

Bringing together all the very best in nutrition, lifestyle, fitness and sustainable living in an exciting and feel-good environment for all the family, plans are well underway to ensure a great show, despite the current worries around Covid-19.

With four distinct zones: Food & Cookery, Fitness, Wellbeing and Sustainability, the line-up of engaging expert speakers covers all aspects of celebrating healthy and positive living, and with more than 130 top class exhibitors, there really is something for everyone at the show.

  • Feel energised with yoga, mindfulness and mobility classes from Irish fitness experts. NEW for 2020 is a dedicated zen area, where there will be free yoga classes with Yoga Therapy Ireland.
  • Nourish your body with the most delicious natural, organic, plant-based foods Ireland has to offer thanks to our partner Health Stores Ireland and the best of Irish food brands.
  • Learn about leading a more sustainable and environmentally-friendly lifestyle at the Sustainable Living Stage, sponsored by Wiley’s Finest. Topics as diverse as holistic gardening, foraging, zero waste living, sustainable cleaning and more will feature at the show.
  • Visit the sports performance zone and meet with experts from the world of adventure racing, cycling, running, triathlon, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention and sports performance who will be on hand to exhibit their brands, products and services.
  • Be empowered and entertained by our internationally celebrated speakers including, Oliver McCabe, Patrick Holford and Marilyn Glenville. The line-up will also include ex rugby International, Dominic Day; fitness expert and owner of Insanity Fitness Pollyhops, Jamie Goonery; nutritionist and Wiley’s Finest ambassador, Pauline Cox; founder of Reuzi, Pat Kane; wellness advocate, Wini Gallagher; decluttering coach, Suzy Kell and multi-award-winning garden designer and horticultural therapist, Fiann Ó Nualláin, with many more names and an exciting fitness feature to be announced in the coming weeks.

Every ticket to Vitality will include access to the large selection of workshops, workouts and inspiring talks on offer. Children are also welcome with classes for children 12 and under such as yoga and dance.

In the run up to the show, Vitality have launched ‘The Vitality Club’ on Facebook, an online hub for content and knowledge on natural health, wellbeing, sustainability and fitness.
