Hello Vogue! As a working mum of three, you must need a lot of energy for your busy lifestyle. Tell us about your morning routine.

Mornings are my favourite part of the day, and I always start every day with some kind of exercise! I will do half an hour of either weights or balance and do those five or six days a week. On weekdays, I usually eat eggs with toast, or porridge in the mornings. I’ll then check my emails before doing some skincare, which I love because it allows me to have some downtime before the busy day starts. I’ll then walk the kids to school and cycle Otto to nursery, so I have quite an active start to the day.

What other types of exercise do you do?

On Mondays, I do run club with Theodore, and then I’ll run with a friend a couple of times during the week. I always do a bigger run at the weekend with Spencer as he takes me on his slow run (his recovery run), which is my fast run!

Do you keep to your routine at weekends too?

My routine sticks the same in the week as it does the weekend; but sometimes I’ll get up at 8am on a Saturday morning instead of 7am. This is mostly because the kids have an active weekend too – there’s tennis on a Saturday, swimming, and usually a birthday party, and then to finish it all off, on Sundays, they have gymnastics. We’re always up and about doing lots!

Is it important to you to make time for your family at the weekends?

I try my best to take the weekends off because the kids aren’t at school. I sometimes will do a little bit of work on my laptop, but very, very little. We always plan something fun and make Sunday a family day.

Do you take any supplements to support your health?

I love looking after my body and overall health is so important to me. I’ve a pretty busy life with work and young children so I need to try and be on my best form every day. Collagen is a word that is coming up a lot more for me now, but I was so surprised to hear that your body’s ability to produce collagen severely decreases in your twenties. I started taking Vital Proteins early last year to help support my skin, hair, nails and body movement, and I’ve really noticed a difference. I just put a scoop of collagen in my coffee every morning. It’s so easy to fit into my everyday routine and then I know I’ve set myself up for the day.

Vogue Williams has joined collagen brand Vital Proteins as its 2025 brand ambassador. Vital Proteins supports skin, hair, nails, healthy muscles and bones, making it a must-have for anyone looking to stay strong, active, and glowing. For more information, visit www.vitalproteins.co.uk
